Looking Like a TREAT Challenge

October 19 - November 25

This challenge requires: 

  • completion of the following workout 3 times per week (18 times total)

  • A social media post for each workout (story or feed with a tag @briansmithryp)

  • $10 entrance fee

20 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) + warm up + finisher


  • Squats x20 (Use resistance if desired) Regression: Sit to Stand

  • Mini Jump Squats x20 Regression: Speed Squats

  • V-Ups x20 Regression: Toe Touches

  • Plank Jacks x20 Regression: Single Leg Side Reach

  • Shoulder Taps x20 total Regression: On all fours

  • Sprawls x20 Regression:

  • Slider Hamstring Curls x20 Regression: Hips on Floor


WARM UP OPTIONS (choose 1):


  • Worlds Greatest Stretch 10 on each side + 100 Jumping Jacks

  • Inch Worm + Downward Dog x10

  • Downward Dog Toe Taps + 1 Minute Butt Kicks
