Shoulder Taps x20 total Regression: On all fours
Sprawls x20 Regression:
Slider Hamstring Curls x20 Regression: Hips on Floor
WARM UP OPTIONS (choose 1):
Worlds Greatest Stretch 10 on each side + 100 Jumping Jacks
Inch Worm + Downward Dog x10
Downward Dog Toe Taps + 1 Minute Butt Kicks
