All plans are created to meet your individual needs. Each package will be catered to your specific space and any physical limitations.
Please choose the option that best meets your needs, so we can discuss your specific plan!

$40-$75 per session

Private Training

This is for 1 to 3 people for a personalized session (1-3)


This is the perfect option for a busy professional, a couple who wants to work out at home, or a group of roommates. We can meet in your space or in a public space of our mutual choosing in the Jacksonville (FL) area

Group Training

This training is for you and your friends (4+)

What's better than sweating it out with your best crew? We can accommodate families with kids, bachelor/ette parties, girls/guys weekends, moms groups, and anyone hoping to have a personalized workout with their friends in a comfortable environment in the Jacksonville (FL) area

$200-$250

Virtual Training

This is a monthly workout plan (with option for dietary accountability)

This plan provides a weekly program for you to complete in your own time over the course of a month. Your trainer will check in with you to provide accountability in your work out completion

Take it a level further by adding dietary accountability +$50 per month

All plans can be customized based on your specific goals!


We welcome all body types - whether you are looking to lose weight, bulk up, tighten up, or simply get in motion.


Please note that pricing differs per size of your group.

1-3 is Private training, while 4 and more is Group.
